We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, with regional warehouses to ensure fast delivery worldwide.


Processing Time

  • All orders take 1 business day to process before shipping.

  • This processing time is in addition to the shipping service you select at checkout.

    • Example: If you choose Overnight Shipping, it will be 1 day processing + 1 day shipping = 2 total business days to receive your order.

Delivery Options

We offer both standard and expedited shipping services. Delivery times begin after the 1 business day processing time.

U.S. & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout

  • Free Shipping (US Only): Orders of $75 USD or more ship free with ground service

EU

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Orders of 75 EUR or more ship free with ground service

UK

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Orders of 60 GBP or more ship free with ground service

Australia, New Zealand & Southeast Asia

  • Orders placed on storelli.com ship from our U.S. or international warehouses.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout

  • All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

Important Notes

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their control. We’ll always support you in resolving issues, but recommend contacting the carrier first for the fastest updates.

  • Consolidated Shipments: For many regions, we consolidate packages headed in the same direction. This means your shipping label may show as “created” for a couple of days while your package moves in bulk closer to you. Once it reaches your local carrier hub, tracking updates will begin and final delivery usually happens quickly.

  • International Warehouses: In some cases, orders to any region may ship from our international warehouses. When this happens, orders will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for a smooth, all-inclusive experience.

  • Delivery times: Since shipping is handled by third-party carriers, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. They may vary based on your location, carrier performance, holidays, or peak shopping periods.
