My package is delayed/missing – what should I do?

Step 1: Check Your Tracking

  • Enter your order number and email to see the most up-to-date info.

  • Remember: tracking may show “label created” for a 1-3 days while your package is consolidated and moved in bulk closer to your region. Updates usually begin once it reaches the local carrier hub.


Step 2: Allow for Carrier Delays

  • Once we hand your package off to the carrier, delivery is in their control. Weather, holidays, and peak shopping periods can sometimes cause unexpected delays.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated, please wait 24–48 hours before reaching out — in many cases, updates will appear once the package moves through the carrier’s system.


Step 3: Contact the Carrier

  • The fastest way to get real-time updates is to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).

  • Carriers can provide the most accurate information about package location and delivery timelines.
