Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. We ask that all returns are started within this timeframe through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
After 30 Days

Refunds: We generally cannot issue refunds for returns made after 30 days.

Store Credit: In some cases, if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Bonus Incentives: If store credit is offered, we may add a small bonus to help offset any return shipping costs for a future order.
Exceptions

Holidays: During peak holiday seasons, we extend the return window beyond 30 days. Exact dates will be posted on our website or included in promotional emails.

Defective or Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us via the chat widget and we’ll make it right regardless of timing.

Other Cases: Returns past 30 days are not guaranteed and are handled individually. Items that are used, worn, or missing their original packaging/tags cannot be returned.
Tip: Always include the packing slip from the Returns Center with your return. Missing slips can delay processing.
