Why isn’t my promo code working at checkout?

If your promo code isn’t applying, here are the most common reasons:

Common Issues

  • Code is expired – Some promo codes are limited-time offers and may no longer be valid.

  • One-time use – Many codes can only be used once per customer.

  • Case sensitive – Enter the code exactly as it appears (watch for capital letters or extra spaces).

  • Not applicable to your cart – Some codes only apply to specific products, categories, or order minimums.

  • Account requirement – Certain discounts require you to be logged into your Storelli.com account.

  • Stacking limits – In most cases, only one promo code can be applied per order. On rare occasions, two codes may stack if both promotions are active and eligible.

What to Do

  1. Double-check the spelling of the code and remove any extra spaces.

  2. Make sure your order meets the requirements of the promotion (e.g., order minimums or qualifying products).

  3. Log into your account if the promotion requires it.

  4. If you’re trying to use more than one code, remember that it usually won’t work unless the promotions are designed to stack.
