How do I place an order on Storelli.com?

How to place an order Ordering your gear is quick and easy. Follow these steps: 1. Browse the Shop Explore our collections and product pages to find the gear you need. You can filter by category (goalkeeper, head protection, apparel, etc.) or use the search bar at the top of the site. 2. Select Your Size & Quantity On the product page, choose your size from the dropdown menu (check the size chart if you’re unsure) and select the quantity you’d like to order. Click Add to Cart. 3. Review Your Cart Once your items are in the cart, click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner. Review your selections, update quantities if needed, and apply any promo codes. 4. Proceed to Checkout Click Checkout. You’ll be guided through secure checkout where you can: - Enter your shipping address - Choose your delivery method - Enter payment information (we accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay) 5. Place Your Order Review your order summary. If everything looks good, click Place Order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after. 6. Track Your Order Once your gear ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Tips & Notes - You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage returns or exchanges. - Orders usually ship the next business day. - If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it—after that, it may already be on its way. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders right away to get them out the door as quickly as possible. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not always possible once an order has been submitted. Order Changes or Cancellations - If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. - Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, no changes can be made. What to Do - Need a different size or product? You can wait until the order arrives and use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to set up a return or exchange. - Need to cancel? Contact us right away through the chat icon. We’ll check the status of your order and let you know what options are available. Tips - Double-check your size, shipping address, and payment details before placing your order to reduce the chance of needing changes later. - Returns and exchanges are straightforward, and in the U.S. exchanges are free. We use Shopify Payments to securely process all orders on Storelli.com. This gives you multiple safe and convenient ways to pay. Accepted Payment Methods - Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover - Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay - Other Options: PayPal, Amazon Pay - Gift Cards: Storelli gift cards (entered at checkout) Notes - All payments are encrypted and processed securely. - Charges should appear on your statement as Storelli. - Promo codes or gift cards can be applied during checkout before completing payment. Why isn’t my promo code working at checkout?

If your promo code isn’t applying, here are the most common reasons: Common Issues - Code is expired – Some promo codes are limited-time offers and may no longer be valid. - One-time use – Many codes can only be used once per customer. - Case sensitive – Enter the code exactly as it appears (watch for capital letters or extra spaces). - Not applicable to your cart – Some codes only apply to specific products, categories, or order minimums. - Account requirement – Certain discounts require you to be logged into your Storelli.com account. - Stacking limits – In most cases, only one promo code can be applied per order. On rare occasions, two codes may stack if both promotions are active and eligible. What to Do 1. Double-check the spelling of the code and remove any extra spaces. 2. Make sure your order meets the requirements of the promotion (e.g., order minimums or qualifying products). 3. Log into your account if the promotion requires it. 4. If you’re trying to use more than one code, remember that it usually won’t work unless the promotions are designed to stack.
