How do I place an order on Storelli.com?

How to place an order Ordering your gear is quick and easy. Follow these steps: 1. Browse the Shop Explore our collections and product pages to find the gear you need. You can filter by category (goalkeeper, head protection, apparel, etc.) or use the search bar at the top of the site. 2. Select Your Size & Quantity On the product page, choose your size from the dropdown menu (check the size chart if you’re unsure) and select the quantity you’d like to order. Click Add to Cart. 3. Review Your Cart Once your items are in the cart, click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner. Review your selections, update quantities if needed, and apply any promo codes. 4. Proceed to Checkout Click Checkout. You’ll be guided through secure checkout where you can: - Enter your shipping address - Choose your delivery method - Enter payment information (we accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay) 5. Place Your Order Review your order summary. If everything looks good, click Place Order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after. 6. Track Your Order Once your gear ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Tips & Notes - You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage returns or exchanges. - Orders usually ship the next business day. - If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it—after that, it may already be on its way. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders right away to get them out the door as quickly as possible. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not always possible once an order has been submitted. Order Changes or Cancellations - If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. - Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, no changes can be made. What to Do - Need a different size or product? You can wait until the order arrives and use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to set up a return or exchange. - Need to cancel? Why isn’t my promo code working at checkout?

How do I get notified when an out-of-stock item is back?

Enter your email, and you'll get a notification the moment that item is available again. 2. Sign Up for the Storelli Newsletter Our newsletter announces restocks, new drops, and limited releases. If you're watching for a specific item, the newsletter is a reliable way to catch it early. You can sign up at the bottom of any page on storelli.com. Restock Timing We don't always have exact restock dates. Many items are in active production, but timelines depend on manufacturing and shipping schedules. What we can tell you: - Out of stock does not mean discontinued. If the product is still listed on the site, it's coming back. - Restock waves happen regularly. Popular sizes and products are replenished on an ongoing basis. - Some sizes sell out faster than others. Youth sizes and popular adult sizes (M, L) tend to move quickest.
