Promo Code Not Working?

Here's why, and how to fix it.

Common Issues#

• Expired. Some codes run for a limited time only.
• One-time use. Most codes work once per customer.
• Case sensitive. Enter it exactly as shown. Watch for capitals and extra spaces.
• Doesn't apply to your cart. Some codes are tied to specific products, categories, or order minimums.
• Account required. Certain discounts only work when you're logged in.
• One code per order. That's the standard. On rare occasions, two eligible promotions stack.

How to Fix It#

1. Check the code for typos or extra spaces.
2. Confirm your cart meets the promotion's requirements.
3. Log into your account if the promo requires it.
4. Using two codes? They only stack if both promotions are built to.
