General Policy#

• 30 days from delivery to return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.
• Try it on for fit. Just keep it in new condition.

By Region#

• US, Canada, Germany, France & Netherlands
• Exchanges: Free through the Returns Center.
• Returns: $6 fee, deducted from your refund.
• Rest of the World
• Exchanges: Return your item, place a new order for the replacement.
• Returns: $3 handling fee. You'll need your own return label.
• Store credit + bonus: Offsets your return shipping and makes reordering easy.

Refunds#

• Issued once we receive and inspect your return.
• Up to 7 business days to process. 2-5 more for funds to land, depending on your bank.
• Discount code on the order? Refund adjusts proportionally.

Exceptions#

• Past 30 days, returns are generally closed. Unused items may qualify for store credit as an exception.
• Damaged, used, or worn items don't qualify.
• Wrong or defective item? Chat with us. We'll make it right.
