Team Order Returns & Exchanges

Yes. Same policies as individual orders on Storelli.com.

Free Exchanges by Region#

US, Canada, Germany, France & Netherlands:

• Exchanges: Free through our Returns & Exchanges Center.
• Returns: $6 fee, deducted from refund.

Rest of the World:

• Exchanges: Not available directly.
• Returns: Self-arranged label plus $3 handling fee.
• Choose store credit instead? We add a small bonus to offset shipping.

How This Works for Teams#

Placed a team or bulk order and some players need different sizes? Process swaps through the Returns & Exchanges Center, same as any individual order.

Exchanges are free in our main regions, so we recommend ordering with our suggested size distribution, then swapping once players try on their gear.

International teams outside those regions can still process returns. Store credit + bonus makes reordering easy.

Tip: Have players try gear on indoors as soon as it arrives. Gets exchanges started fast, before anything's used in training or matches.
