Returns: Choose what's going back.

US, Canada, Germany, France & Netherlands: Prepaid label included. $6 fee deducted from your refund.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Pack it up securely. Original packaging, tags attached.
Include the packing slip from the Returns Center. Skip it, and processing slows down.
Attach your return label, if you've got one.
Step 4: Ship It Back
Drop it at the carrier location on your label. Once it lands with us, we process your return or exchange.
Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing
Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. 2-5 more days for funds to hit your account, bank dependent.
Exchanges: Replacement ships as soon as your return's confirmed in the system.
