How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple. Once your package ships, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


Step 1: Check Your Email

  • Look for a shipping confirmation email from Storelli.

  • This email includes your tracking number and a link to our tracking page.


Step 2: Track with Storelli

  • Visit our tracking portal.

  • Enter your order number to see the latest updates in one place.

  • You can also click the tracking link in your confirmation email to go directly to your tracking details.


Step 3: Track in Your Account (if registered)

  • If you created a Storelli account, log in at storelli.com/account.

  • Select My Orders to view your history and tracking updates.


Notes

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately. Sometimes your label shows as “created” for 1–2 days while packages are consolidated and moved closer to your region. Updates will begin once the package reaches the local carrier hub.

  • Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their control. We’ll always support you in resolving issues, but contacting the carrier directly often provides the fastest updates.

  • If it looks like your order is delayed, please wait 24–48 hours before reaching out. In many cases, the package is simply in transit within a consolidated shipment and tracking will update shortly.
