How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. Here's what to expect from the moment you hit "Place Order" to when your gear arrives. Order Processing (1 to 3 Business Days) After you place your order, our team picks, packs, and hands it off to the shipping carrier. This typically takes 1 to 3 business days. - Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. - Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. - During high-demand periods (holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer. Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at storelli.com/pages/tracking. "Pre-Transit" status: After receiving your tracking number, the status may show "Pre-Transit" for a day or two. This means the label has been created and the package is on its way to the carrier's facility. It doesn't mean your order is stuck. Delivery Times After Shipping Delivery speed depends on where you are and which shipping method you selected at checkout: - Standard domestic (US): 3 to 7 business days after shipping. - Expedited domestic (US): 1 to 3 business days after shipping. - International: Varies by country and carrier. Typically 7 to 21 business days. Customs processing can add additional time. Total time from order to delivery = processing time + shipping time. For a standard US order, that's roughly 4 to 10 business days total. Expedited Shipping If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, the faster delivery window applies to the carrier transit time, not the processing time. Your order still goes through the standard 1-to-3-day processing before the carrier picks it up. Common Questions "I paid for overnight shipping but it's been two days." Overnight applies to carrier transit, not processing. If your order was placed on a Friday evening, processing starts Monday, and the overnight clock starts when the carrier receives the package.
