Good to Know#

Carrier responsibility. Once your package hits the carrier's hands, they're driving. We're always here to help, but the carrier gives you the fastest updates.

Consolidated shipments. Some regions ship in bulk toward the same destination. Your label might sit at "created" for a couple days while it travels. Tracking picks up once it hits your local hub. Final delivery moves fast from there.

International warehouses. Some orders ship internationally regardless of destination. When that happens, DDP keeps it simple. No surprises at delivery.

Delivery times. Third-party carriers run the last mile. Times shift with location, carrier load, holidays, and peak season. We can't guarantee a date, but we'll always help you track it down.
