Your Refund Timeline

We process refunds fast, once your return arrives and gets inspected.

How It Works#

1. Processing your return. Once your package hits our warehouse, allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Include the packing slip from the Returns Center, skip it and things slow down. Confirmation email lands once your refund's initiated.

2. Bank/card processing. After we issue the refund, most banks take 2-5 more business days to post it. Timing varies by bank or provider.

Refund Method#

Refunds go back to your original payment method: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, whatever you used.

Chose store credit instead? Applied instantly to your Storelli account once your return's processed.

Good to Know#

• Used a promo code or discount? Refund adjusts proportionally.
• Email notification lands once your refund's complete.
• Total timeline: typically 7-12 business days after you ship your return.
